Very sweet. The other day I saw a baby deer with it's mother. It was so tiny and had to stand with it's legs spread a little to help it stand. :)

Oh Rachel, I love this one! This reminds of a little town in Eastern Oregon called Joseph where I used to go camping. The deer will literally come right up to you and they're so beautiful. You are amazing!

Hi Rachel! I just wanted to pop in and say hi. I kind of disappeared for a while but I never stopped thinking of you and following your blog and art adventures. Remember that pdf you sent me a while back? I know I never did write the testimonial for it but I wanted you to know that I return to it time and again for inspiration and a pick-me-up when I desperately need it. I just think you are a wonderful, dear soul and I am so grateful we connected in this wide wonderful life.

Rachel I am so drawn to this, and all your drawings. There is something so innocent, so beautiful, so real about them.

I need to go way back and browse through your earlier posts I can see.

Blessings!

deer rachel...
{yes, i did write it that way on purpose}
i love deer.
i love their peacefulness.
i love their serenity when not disturbed.
i love their ability to bound over high fences without the least bit of trouble.
i love that they can sit oh so still and not move a muscle.
{i just tried to do that after i wrote that one and it.s hard..you should try it}
thank you for sharing your heart with all of us.
i too, am thankful for deer life and dear life as well.

this is so sweet. i wish i could have a tea party with a deer sometime.

though .. sometimes atlas reminds me of a deer. mostly when he's sleeping, he curls up his legs just like those pictures of baby fawns.

thank you each & all,

for your beautiful words.
my posts would not be
complete
without them.
woven together,
like tea w/a deer,
& thankful, oh thankful.

also, "catina",
i can't seem to link to your blog
from your comment ~ could you either
email or comment to me with your site again?

Sweet and happy painting!! I just LOVE the colors you use.

I don't have Bravo either, but you can go to hulu.com and type in "Work of Art" and watch the show there!! It was pretty good, but boy, some artists are really meanies...didn't like that so much. competition can bring out the best in us but for some it makes them ugly.

Thanks for your sweet comments. I always enjoy hearing from you, your writing style is beautiful!
Hugs and love,
Kelly
