And it is so worthwhile to love and nourish our dear selves, because we are a friend and companion to ourselves who will be ALWAYS there, who can be always relied on, who can be always trusted, who will NEVER leave us, who will comfort us in loneliness and despair if we allow it, and who will be our happiness! Why shouldn't we love and nourish this dear, wonderful, marvelous friend?
