i just really, really love this ...
it's surely at the heart of my path these days ...
"learning to love all of me. even my monstery parts."
i keep returning to this image ...
as it is drawn, written + illuminated here, being with my monstery parts becomes a softer, lighter + clearer practice ...

with gratitude,
Meghan

I am getting better at loving my monstery parts, I am not as good at loving the monstery voices in my head. I know that their mission is to keep me safe, but sometimes I wish they would stop - because they always seem to go about it in ways that I do not appreciate.

Happy Halloween! :)

You have such a way of getting to the heart of the matter, my friend. Loving our monstery parts may be one of the hardest things of all.

Just saw this now, today on Halloween! How appropriate and insightful, Rachel. The yellow, orange and white candy corn colors--Beautiful.
