oh yes.
a yes stepping so soft
and light
across the air
that you can hear the
vivid greens and oranges
swirling and breezing about
unearthly quiet
inside every bit of yes-ness:)
(my heart went the sweetest
sort of still when I saw
and soaked up your silence art)
glad and grateful thanks,
dearheart:)

I hugged a tree this week myself. I wonder if hugging a blade of grass is like hugging a tree in miniature. Maybe.

I also enjoy allowing the comfort of silence to embrace me. And it's interesting to me how going within can broaden our perspectives.

I need silence every once in a while. It keeps me recharge and relax. Its better than massages or any pampering.

Silence is gold... shame some people just can't shut up.

Small things that are big...

Exactly.

Like a baby's gurgle, a child playing with her doll, the first time you ride a train...
