welcome back jack!
i just have to ask...didn.t you just want to lay all over that beeeutiful lounging chair? those flowers look like they are just screaming..."come! come lay on us and let our petals comfort and massage you!"
did you hear them say anything like that?
matisse rocks!
always loved matisse.
and leafy sea dragons have ALWAYS been on the top of my favorite list of amazing sea creatures...they are both a leaf and a dragon...how cool is that.
(actually never heard or seen one, so THANK YOU for sharing.)

Oh isn't Chicago grand? I adore visiting (but think I'd be too overwhelmed trying to set up residence there). Gorgeous photos...and welcome "home"!
what a fun, colorful visit ...
each picture is a postcard of a lovely time . sharing makes it even better!!
Oooo, lots of lovely!!! The lounger and the little sea dragon are my favourites... both decorating themselves with beautiful leafiness and doing it with such great style!
sounds/looks like a wonderful trip
that sea dragon is is natures work of art!
Very cool stuff you have seen...I love Matisse.

i got soaked by dolphins at the shedd aquarium and loved it!
Love the sites of downtown Chicago... miss that place! I got caught up in all the art once, and wasn't paying attention to the time and a security guard found me in front of a Seurat "Ma'am we're closed you have to leave.." so I did, reluctantly.
what fun works of art - don't you just love museum visits? you can always find something to inspire you.
Looks great! I really want to go to Chicago :)
Sea dragons are AWESOME! Amazing creatures, aren't they???
