she always loved love letters...

"she would tuck them all into shoeboxes & into her dresser drawer & into secret jean jacket pockets & she knew that there would always be room for papers such as these."

Beautiful! I have a bundle of love letters in air mail envelopes in a little drawer. They are from a long lost love, but opening that drawer still makes my heart jump with joy. Wishing you a beautiful day x

Sweetness abound! She is bendy and expansive w/ room for endless looooveeee. Clever girl she is! Love the illustration, the words paint a nice image in my heart. Stretching my arms a little bit wider thinking of all the love letters I have stashed in places around my house! <3 Thinking of YOU and your lovey-dovey goodness.
Heartfilled,

Loving the love poured out

Always do.
Feels like I find a pool of it

till I'm full up again:)
Thanks, friend.

Love letters...what could be better?

Shortly after we met, my husband made a beautiful box out of wood specifically for our love letters. That box sits next to my bed, it's such a sweet thing to have them all in one place. This post brings a whole rush of feelings to the surface. (As all of your posts seem to do).

Thank you.

Absolutely gorgeous! I am such a letter addict, even in this modern world of emails there is nothing quite like feeling that paper in your hands, reading handwritten lines that someone has taken the time to write beautifully just for me :)

Look at her little feet! I love that she is wrapped around the love letters. I actually had a box of love letters from high school. I think it is in the basement....

You just know how to put into words and art exactly what flows from the heart strings of so many others like me. These love notes and special notes etc... sound exactly like what I still do at age 54 with my special notes I receive. I just cannot throw them away.

What an inspiration you are!

This art piece has a sentimental feel to it. I have love letters from my husband that he wrote to me 43 years ago. I cherish them, and can hold them close to me, unlike an e-mail.

i'm going to sneak inside that mind of yours!! xoxoxo

Oh she is me and I am she he he he he he! This was so wonderful. I wonder why people don't write anymore?? There is nothing like getting a handwritten letter in the mail. Not email, but the good old postman bringing a fabulous envelope with wonderful handwriting on the front of the envelope. I guess you can tell that I move your post he he he he!!

My son came home late last night, didn't see him, left him something tasty in the kitchen - found a note on the counter this morning with a little heart drawn on: thank you mom, love you!
Ahhhhhhhhhhh, I live on those little love notes and the universe is the space for them!!!!
