over our december holiday time away,
tucked in the north woods of mn,
i played with thread & stitched words into my clothes,
like, love finds me...
& free,
& a butterfly even came to visit :)
i'll include a couple photos of these woods soon,
& extend their branches to you.
all w/love. xox

(Shared some of your art over the holidays with family and fell in love with it all over again myself!)

You are magic, dear Rachel...sparkly, shimmery magic.
stitched with precious love......keep enjoying life filled with threads of happiness, sweet rachel!! happy creative new year to you!! xox, :))
oh snips of cloth and bits of thread .. life simply wonder filled pleasures!!
I love word "tattoos"--in all the artistic forms available!
My words/mantra for this year is "Light Your Own Way"--I made a new Doughnut Dream last night, and will post it soon.
And my theme song, to make sure these words stay with me, like a song in my heart: "What Light" by Wilco : ) Remember that connection we shared awhile back...?
Thanks for the light you shine on us with your art and listening wisdom, Rachel.
That is so awesome! I love it! You know, you are proof to me that you can feel the Soul through our creations. You inspire me, lighten me, and help me to get in touch with a part of me that is wanting to come out and play. Thank you, deeply! I hope you feel all of those words when you wear your clothes. 'Love Finds Me'. That is going to stay with me.
Wonderful words :)
And a Happy New Year of art and creating to you :)
