Paper dolls!
I'd forgotten about these,
their happy choices!
Just those easy breezy tabs
...no sticky tape allowed.
Let's see, what shall I
put on......

Your art is so happy and comforting.
The paper dolls definitely call back to simpler times don't they?

*Love*
reminds me of The Message version of Colossians 3:14, which I LOVE and have used in my work:
"So, chosen by God for this new life of love, dress in the wardrobe God picked out for you: compassion, kindness, humility, quiet strength, discipline. Be even-tempered, content with second place, quick to forgive an offense. Forgive as quickly and completely as the Master forgave you. And regardless of what else you put on, wear love. It's your basic, all-purpose garment. Never be without it."

Great idea! And then the added blessing of Colossians 3:14...I lived my first 6+ years in an old log house and played paper dolls with a passion...you have given me a new idea for my new art journal...thank you.

It's awesome...listening to paper dolls and seeing one so whimsically presenting herself and all her 'things'.
