Sensing the season's turning
and flowing with the winds
as they shift
is an art in itself
...well done
fearless flowy you!
Beautiful things blossom
when soil gets to replenish
and rest:)
And YOU, you yourself,
are precious art
....well worth tending!
Glad and inspired
and loving you
and all of your aliveness,
Jennifer

Beautiful as always Rachel. I too seem to be scaling back on posts, self care will add to compassionate presence in the world.

Enjoy your time of renewal and creative flow. We will all be blessed by your decision, I'm sure of it.

Gorgeous print, so vibrant, I love that it so simply celebrates being alive!! It is wonderful! I am impressed that you are practicing self care and boundaries by deciding to only post once a week, that is something that I have been thinking about lately...just really focusing on where I am putting my energy and what is most important. Cheering you on!!

Good choice...and I've been trying to spend less time on the computer too. It really takes discipline! Kudos to you!

Vanessa Brantley Newton said...

I agree good choice! I feel at time we blog so much that we are not living our lives. I love blogging, but it's a lot of work. I want to be an encouragement and inspiration to others, but if you are not taking time to come away and do what you need to do for self then you give out of your lack and there is no inspiration. Thanks so much for sharing this nugget of truth.
Big, big, big hugs to you,
V
